We Are chilly water vending

We are a family-owned vending service business operating in the greater Jacksonville area and St. Augustine, and have been serving local businesses and facilities for over 5 years.

The business started after spending time working for a major beverage company, and during that time, discovered a real lack of reliable vending options in this area. The only choices were large corporate vending companies that provided unreliable service and a poor customer experience.

We saw an opportunity to do things differently, so we built Chilly Water Vending to fill that gap.

You have input on the types of snacks and drinks stocked in the machines. Our goal is to provide as many choices as possible to your employees, residents, or guests.

Modern Technology
All of our vending machines have the latest vending technology to help prevent issues. Drop sensors allow customers to get their money back if an item is not dispensed correctly. If any machine has continuous issues, we replace it with a different one.

Locally Owned & Operated
We're not a locating service that sells you vending services and then turns around to sell your location to someone else. When you work with us, you work directly with the owner and our team of employees.

Fast Response Times
We respond to any issues within 24 hours. We'll do our best to be on-site the same day or the following day to address any problems.
