Adding vending machines to your facility is simple and risk-free. We handle everything from the initial consultation to installation and ongoing maintenance. Here's what you can expect when you partner with Chilly Water Vending.

Once you inquire about our vending service, we'll set up a convenient time to come to your facility and meet with you face-to-face.

During the site survey, we'll:

  • Discuss in detail the type of vending services you're looking for

  • Review the different machine options we have available

  • Take a look at the spaces available for vending machines

  • Take measurements of the spaces to ensure proper fit

This consultation is completely free. There's no obligation to move forward.

Step 1: your site survey

Step 2: Vending Agreement

Our agreements are designed to be no-risk for you. We give you the option to cancel our vending services with 30 days written notice.

We do not lock you into yearly or long-term agreements that make it difficult to get out of. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with our service, we'll remove our machines with no questions asked.

We want to earn your business each and every day.

Step 3: delivery & installation

Once our agreement is signed and we've discussed where the machines will be placed, we schedule a delivery and installation date.

What to expect during installation:

  • We'll deliver the vending machines on the scheduled date and time

  • We bring everything we need to transport and set up the machines

  • Special care is taken to protect walls, doorways, and floors during the install process

  • The entire process takes less than a couple of hours

  • Machines are fully stocked and operational before we leave

  • Please allow a few hours for drinks to get cold

Step 4: Ongoing Maintenance

Our vending machines go through extensive testing at our warehouse before they're ever delivered to your facility. This allows for a smooth install process and avoids any surprises once the machines are plugged in.

Routine Maintenance:
Our machines require very little maintenance. Our route drivers handle routine tasks like cleaning condenser fans, dusting tops of machines, cleaning glass, and disinfecting buttons. You'll probably never even notice they're there.

Restocking:
We monitor machine inventory closely and restock on a regular schedule to keep your machines full.

Repairs:
In the event any major repairs are needed, we'll alert you and swap out the vending machine as soon as possible. We keep extra machines at our warehouse, so we can swap out any machine within a week.

Responsive Support:
We respond to any issues within 24 hours and will do our best to be on-site the same day or the following day.
